Catering Guidelines & Sample Menu

Our menus offer a variety of selections and services to provide onsite catering for your event. Our beautiful Continental Room can host banquets, buffet style or served meals and receptions with an array of hors d’ oeuvres. We can also provide services delivered to conference rooms such as small meeting lunches. Try one of our fun themed break services or order ala carte. Our Director of Catered Events is available to assist in making selections that are customized to fit your schedule and event. We look forward to serving you at your next conference.

Groups over 160 will have a specialized banquet menu created to fit the vision of a large event. Similar menu options will be offered for all events .
