What can you tell me about riding the Train / Amtrak to Leavenworth?
Leavenworth (LWA) is now live in the Amtrak Reservation system. If you are taking the train to Leavenworth and if you are staying at the The Enzian Inn, please notify us at the time you make your reservation – often times there are things we can do in advance of your reservation to make your stay more pleasurable – such as arranging room assignments to allow you the earliest check in possible.

For shuttle service from train station to the Enzian Inn – call: 1-877-868-7720 or local 509-548-7433. Reservations not required but highly recommended. Shuttle rate: $5.00 for adults, Children 6-12 years $3.00 and under 5 is free. These are one-way rates.
How can I make Reservations to stay at The Enzian Inn?
Internet reservations – For Internet Reservations please select the reservation tab from any page on our site, or enter your desired date in the reservation calendar on any page from our site.
How early can you make reservations at The Enzian Inn?
We begin taking reservations on the 1st day of the month for that same month of the following year.
Example: To make reservations for the month of January 2017, call January 1, 2016 at 7:00 am. For the month of February 2017 call February 1, 2016 at 7:00 am. etc.
When can you make reservations for Christmas Lighting Festival Weekends?
Because of the overwhelming popularity of Leavenworth’s Christmas Lighting Festival and the resulting demand for reservations on those weekends, we reserve the first three weekends for our frequent guests.
To make a reservation for either the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd weekends of the Christmas Lighting Festival, a guest must have stayed three non-Christmas Lighting Festival nights at the Enzian within the past 12 month period. After meeting this requirement, guests may reserve up to three rooms for either the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd weekends of the Christmas Lighting Festival subject to availability. If a guest wishes to make reservations for Christmas Lighting for the following year, reservations begin December 1st at 7:00 am, the current year, for the following year.
The 4th weekend of Leavenworth’s Christmas Lighting Festival does not require the aforementioned stipulation and is open for reservations on December 1st at 7 A.M. for the following December.

Do you require two night stays?
A Friday/Saturday two night minimum stay is required during the following festivals: Autumn Leaf Festival, Oktoberfest, and Christmas Lighting Festival.
In addition we maintain a two night stay of either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday – on MLK Weekend, Memorial and Labor Day weekends.
Do you maintain a waitlist?
Sorry, due to overwhelming demand for peak summer season and holidays, we are not able to maintain a waitlist. Please call back to check or go to enzianinn.com.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
The Enzian Inn has various cancellation periods dependent on many factors. Please inquire when making your reservation about your specific cancellation policy.
How far are you from downtown shops and activities?
The Enzian is located on Hwy 2, 1/2 block from Downtown Leavenworth Shops and Activities.
Do you allow pets?
The Enzian Inn does not allow pets. Service animals are welcome.
Do you have roll-a-ways?
Instead of a roll-a-way for extra guests in the room, we offer a 3-inch thick pad for the floor. The pad is no extra charge, however for every guest 6 years old and over, there is an additional $10.00 charge.
Do you have a restaurant and/or lounge?
Our restaurant serves a full buffet breakfast for guests staying at the Enzian. Lunch and Dinner service is not offered. Leavenworth has many fine dining options, we maintain a current directory of menus, inquire at Front Desk. We do not have a lounge.
Do you have cribs?
Yes, we do provide cribs at no extra charge. Please ask for a crib when making your reservation.
When is check in/check out time?
Check in begins at 4 P.M. and check out is at 11:00 A.M. If your room is ready prior to 4 P.M. we are happy to check you into your guestroom.
Should your room not be ready and you wish to use the facilities (golf, ski equipment, swimming pool, etc.) you may do so.
How long does it take to get from Seattle to Leavenworth?
Approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Are safe deposit boxes or safes in your guestrooms?
The Enzian Inn has safe deposit boxes at our Front Desk to secure your valuables. No safes are provided in guestrooms.
